BOOKING BY POST
Write to us stating which show(s) you wish to see, date(s) and time(s) and the price, area and number of seats required, together with any concessions which may be applicable. Please make cheques or postal orders payable to ‘South Ayrshire Council’ and enclose a stamped addressed envelope, for return of your tickets. Please send your booking to: Gaiety Theatre Booking Office, Carrick Street, Ayr KA7 1NU.

Most major credit cards and Switch. Simply give your ticket information and your card number over the phone. Your tickets will be posted out to you (subject to 60p handling charge) or held at the Booking Office for collection.

Simply fax details stating which show(s) you wish to see, preferred date(s) and time(s) and the price, area and number of seats required, together with any relevant concessions.

BOOKING BY EMAIL
You can now request and reserve tickets online. Just fill in and submit the email booking form and a member of Gaiety Theatre staff will be in touch soon.

In order to provide the best possible service to all our customers it is essential that we are informed of all special needs at time of booking.

HARD OF HEARING
An infrared system is installed in the auditorium. If you need details of how to use it, please ask any of our front of house staff.

AUDIO DESCRIBED PERFORMANCES
Our infrared system allows us to audio describe some of our performances. Details can be found inside our programme.
